To irrigate your garden plants and trees with a right amount of water can inevitably give boosting power to their growth and development. And therefore, you need to figure out how much irrigation and how frequent will be useful.

Technology has helped make better irrigation systems by which you can not only save your time but also you can save water and money. One of such effective watering method is drip irrigation which involves dripping of water at the root of the plants. As the drips go straight at the base of the plants, there is no fear of water getting wasted by evaporation. The main thing is that this irrigation technique helps in maintaining and preserving moisture level in the soil.

Then, the question raises how will you make or set up drip irrigation system? Here are some of the useful tips and tricks you can use for setting up a dip system on your own:

1. Get hold of the necessary irrigation devices such as drip faucet adapter, drip tubing, plugs, and mini soaker hose etc.

2. Join your drip tubing with drip faucet adapter at the one end of it.

3. Then push fittings into the tube ends.

4. You can join more fittings at the both ends of the tubing and thus expand your tubing to reach your trees and plants.

5. Attach your mini soaker hose at your fittings ends and join plugs at their ends.

6. Start your water source and your water will be supplied through your tubing to your garden plants.

These are the vague instructions you can follow to making up your own system.

I have a rather large garden. I've always depended on shurflo pumps to meet my irrigation needs. They've never let me down.
